[Moe]tel 7 is the brainchild of Washington D.C. native and School Without Walls and Virginia Commonwealth University alum, Danielle Sade.
Danielle, who grew up in DC’s Ward 7, has always had an affinity for creating and curating accessible and welcoming spaces that foster cultural exchange and inclusive community building. During the summer of 2022, she partnered with AirBnB and licensed with DCRA, quickly earning and maintaining the title of “SuperHost”—a quarterly awarded status earned by “top-rated and most experienced hosts…meeting, and often exceeding, guest expectations”— according to the vacation rental platform.
Her dedication to providing exceptional hospitality has evolved into the development of [Moe]tel 7 Hospitality Group—offering short-term rental accommodations, luxury & weekly deep cleaning scheduling, and interior design & staging services to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.
